Snow skiing and snow tubing recreation occurs at the nearby Nashoba Valley Ski Area during the winter. Additionally, Edwards Beach and Forge Pond Beach are popular recreation spots in Westford. Crossing through the town is also the Bruce Freedman Rail Trail. This 7 mile-long trail extends from the intersection of routes 255 and 27 in Westford to Lowell at the Cross Point office complex.
